Moola Meat's core purpose has been to make meat more affordable in Hong Kong. We all know how crazy expensive meat is and so understandably question when meat is cheap.

We are able to achieve such great prices through three key pillars.

1. Membership: Honestly, after launching in October 2025 we are still working this out. It may be that we never do paid membership but we do consider customers as members. We are taking the stance that our customers (members) are going to be with us for the long haul, and so if that is the case we can keep our prices low.

2. No Frills Approach: We believe our members need great quality, at a great price. We have basic but effective packaging to also keep costs low. You arent going to eat the box. We have good logistics, working with SF Express and usually we can deliver after 2 days. Order on Monday you get on Wednesday.

3. No Greed Approach: Meat doesn't have to be as expensive as it is. The reason it is, is simply because companies charge a lot for it. We have made the commitment to keep our margins low.

Discovery Bay, Mui Wo, Lantau & Ma Wan All the above areas can enjoy the same free delivery benefits as everywhere else in Hong Kong.

Delivery Costs:

Order of $600 or above. (Free delivery)

Orders of $300 to $599 ($28 delivery fee)

Orders of $299 or below ($58 delivery fee)

Order of $0+ (Free Weekly Collection from Casa, Sai Kung Square. Usually will come in the next day. Items will be appropriately stored in freezers and fridges.)

Our Delivery:

Thank you to all our members for bearing with us regarding delivery from October 2025. We have now switched to SF Express Cold Chain.

We can request specific times but it isn't guarenteed. The way SF Express works is that they will call you the day they are delivering and if you need to have a different time or later that day they will adjust to suit you.

Always feel free to request a specific delivery day or time in the 'order note' in the cart and we will endeavour to make your experience as streamlined as possible.

SF Express delivers using temperature controlled trucks with different compartments so your orders are kept at the appropriate temperature.

We are still in our first year of business and so really appreciate your continued patience and feedback as we improve our service month by month.

Free Collection from Casa, Sai Kung Square. No Minimum Order. You will be messaged when your order is ready for collection which usually is the next day.

Items will be appropriately stored in freezers and fridges.

Please try and collect during the day time before 5pm if possible.

Please do your best to collect within 24 hours.
