This is a smooth, easy-going Merlot from Stellenbosch. It’s matured in French oak for about a year, giving it a nice rounded feel without being too heavy.
You’ll get rich ripe plum and mulberry fruit flavours with soft tannins and a touch of subtle oak. Silky on the palate and really approachable.
Pairs well with red meats, pasta dishes, pizza, or grilled veggies. Serve it slightly below room temperature.
