DELIVERY:

Over $600 HKD = FREE delivery to most of Hong Kong (Not Including Outlying Islands)

$300 - $599 HKD = $28 delivery anywhere in Hong Kong

Below $299 HKD = $58 delivery anywhere in Hong Kong

Deliveries will take two to four days. No Deliveries on Sundays. For specific date requests please write in the Order Note in the Cart. 

Outlying Islands will have deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays to the ports. There is an additional $50 HKD delivery Charge for Outlying Islands. Delivery is pick up from the port not door delivery.

Discovery Bay: $58 HKD extra delivery and Pick Up from the post office not door delivery currently. We are working on a better solution for you to be able to get door delivery.

PICK UP / COLLECTION:

$0+ HKD = FREE delivery to Pick Up Location. (Currently we only offer Sai Kung)

Location: Casa, G/F 5, Sha Tsui Path, Sai Kung

Time: Deliveries will be consolidated and made weekly on a Thursday. Order before 1pm on Wednesday for that week. Pick Up from 5pm on Thursdays. Items will be appropriately stored in fridges and freezers so could be picked up over Friday to Sunday 12pm to 9pm.

AS CLOSE AS

Our drivers will drive as close as they can to your home, but wont always be able to carry the package to your door. They will usually call 5 minutes before getting to your area, so you can meet them to receive the package.

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS

Please bear with us regarding the shipping and logistics. We expect there will be some teething problems especially because we are pushing to keep prices low, work really hard at our operations and pass the savings on to you our members. To make the operations teething problem free would just mean lots of costs passed on. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we improve week by week.
